"Dim Sum & Then Some was started the day after we finished our 2024 album Wah!!! We were having a lot of fun, inspiration was still high. The album explores themes around what we love - food, little joys, fun simple nonsense, China, love, anthems and fairy tales. It's a collage of our life, distilled into positivity and lightheartedness. " They've been described as if The Flaming Lips, Dusty Springfield, and The Beach Boys had a baby with Care Bear.
