At Tower Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CDs, or merchandise are not up to standard, you can return most items in their original, sealed condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all media remains factory-sealed to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
